This piece was the top part of the last of the major Angel carvings, which a
dream insisted should be two pieces. Five cuts extracted this from the
remaining piece with virtually no reworking. It has the sense of a head, or
bust. In the figure of the Walnut grain is the form of an Angel, seen from
the side. To be fair, a Demon face can also be found in the same natural
form.
